Posible 32 delivery fender ID?

This surfaced from my stash. It is not 32 coupe, sedan, or pick up. The bead and the curve matches a 32 fender, It is narrower, more curved on mounting side, and no holes for a running board, and the mounting surface is flat with no jog. It does have three rivets holding the reinforcing bar but they are not positioned like other 32 fenders. There are remnents of some medium green paint, not black. It was accquired to donate the bead to a coupe fender. I would like to know what it is.

It looks like dodge or plymouth

Looks like it fits a flat-sided bed of some type, but not a '32 Ford and perhaps not any Ford.

I didn't think Ford used slotted holes on the upper fender bolts in '32. I'd guess it's a '30ish Chevy.

It would look good on a Mullins. I am puzzled in that there are no holes for a running board, but the outer 1/2 is an exact match for a 32 rear fender. Not a Ute as they used running boards. Whatever it came off must have been like a delivery van. I think it is a donor to fix some repaired fenders. Pity
I had some 32 pick up rear fenders an they may have been slotted. It was a long time ago.
