I had a nice couple of weeks in Australia recently and just happened to take in a couple of Car related events. What a coincidence!! Cooly Rock's On is a 50s/60's/70's Vehicle, Music event over 8 days!! I didn't push my luck,so only went for 3 Days! Great weather, Cars, Music and people. just a very few pics here that relate to this Forum, except the T Bucket with the Merlin engine. I just had to put that here.

Hi Everyone, Picture 6, WTF? Please explain? V12 Merlin? Allison? With that chain-link steering wheel, this has to be a trailer queen?

Thanks for sharing your pictures. Always good to see what folks in other countries are up to in this great hobby.

Great pictures, I was surprised how big the car life was down there. I'm not sure I'll ever get used to those sloper bodies........like picture 1. I wonder why they used a different body style than the US sedans? I suppose the Aussie's feel the same about our Canadian bodies. Do they have slopers in NZ as well?

Here is another picture of that Bucket with the V12. Under Queenslands strict guidelines, there is no way that this vehicle would be able to be Registered, so that is why there are no Licence Plates attached.
