31 Sport Coupe seat slider install
 

Hello all, I have a broken seat slider in the Sport Coupe so the seal sits crooked. I see there are replacements for sale, but in looking at the existing one I see no way to easily remove it. Does it get cut off then welded back on?
I may be missing something, kind of hoped it was bolted on ... but I don't see how.
Any ideas or help is appreciated.

the original sport coupe and coupe with seat sliders were riveted on, I removed the rivets repair the metal parts and made new rivet looking bolts. and bolted it back together.

Thanks for the in put JW. The car is 70 miles away at this point, so have another question. I see the seat riser appears to be riveted to the floor pan, is the slider riveted to the riser? Or did you remove the whole riser?
This will help me know what I am looking for when I get back to the car.
