blower motor NAPA #BK 6551021 I've almost finished my 6 year restoration of '39 Delux Fordor. I got the car with non-reversible motor in the heater. I want to restore stock functioning of the heater so I ordered NAPA #BK 6551021 (found this info somewhere on the forum) - it's advertised as reversible 6V motor. Well - it's NOT reversible. Be aware. Now I'm taking it to an electric motor specialist who promised me to convert it to reversible operation.

Re: blower motor NAPA #BK 6551021 The 6551021 6V motor (along with the #6551022 12V version) can be reversed by simply switching polarity with a separate reversing switch, like the 30 amp pictured below, and is what I'm using on the 12 V heater in my '40 with the 6551022 motor.
