Has anybody contacted or purchased anything from ModelaWipers.com? I thought I found the correct rebuilt unit for my 28. But I can not get a reply.

Thank you all for your advice. I looked at many posts in 2010-2012 and it appeared modelawipers was a good company. Slow in response but parts were delivered and units sold. Since that time it appears things have gone down hill. Its very unfortunate as I was just about to order a unit for $395. I really do not have the luxury of paying for something twice. I will take your advice and call Bert's or John Holland. The problem I have is that I have to purchase a unit outright. I do not have a unit to send off to be rebuilt.
