Tool for attaching rivet to Deck Door...

I got the flathead countersunk rivets to use to attach the upper left and right Deck Door brackets to the Deck Door for trunk usage.

Besides a special punch with a hollowed out area to form the upset of the flat head countersunk rivet, what other kind of tool would one think of to use to form the upset?

Thanks.

Air hammer with the same tool to fit it. Make sure the rivet is the right length sticking out, usually 1 1/2 time diameter. Bucking bar to fit on the back side. The aircraft industry has a lot of interesting rivet tools that they use, you might want to check that out also.
