helper spring

Are any of you guys using a spring to help your brake pedal all the way up. I saw the ones the vendors sell but wasn't exactly sure where they attach. I want to make sure my brake light doesn't stay on.

Re: helper spring

They hook under the brake pedal and around the pivot with the spring running forward to the rear motor mount. Easy to hook up but hard to describe.
It looks a little hokey but seems to work

yes many use it, it attaches to the motor mount and then the brake pedal, You can download the instructions in a pdf from mikes affordable..

They work very well. I bought one for my brake pedal and copied it and made one for my Clutch pedal.

I'll put one on my clutch, also, then, "maybe" I can rest my foot there, WITHOUT riding on the release bearing?? With braces, it's hard to get my foot up there.
Does anyone make a HUGE version, that can LAUNCH me off the bed in the A.M.? HAVEN'T been able to teach the Dog:cool: to operate the K-CUP coffee machine:D BUT, he likes coffee, when I put FRENCH VANILLA creamer in it & cool it for him!!!
