Offering strap on tire chains for emergency use if stuck in snow, Each has 2 sets of links that cross the tire, and there must be an opening for the mounting strap to pass between spokes, or a slot in case of a non spoke wheel. They are in very good condition but are quite old. Four for $30 plus postage.
