Sad Sad Day Victoria TX https://www.victoriaadvocate.com/new...model-vehicle/
I don't want to start a thread about seat belts or whether we should be driving in traffic, if you want to debate take it some where else. I just want to honor my friends and remind everyone to be careful. |
Re: Sad Sad Day Victoria TX Seems to me that this is more about a dangerous intersection than any type of vehicle.
Always assume that you can not be seen, especially from the side and behind. Our deepest sympathy and understanding at this time of sadness. |
Re: Sad Sad Day Victoria TX How sad and deepest respects to the family...this is about a dangerous intersection too...Victorians need to deal with this.
|
Re: Sad Sad Day Victoria TX Looks like the authorities should address the danger issue. My sincere condolences to family and friends. Wayne

Re: Sad Sad Day Victoria TX My condolences to all concerned.

Re: Sad Sad Day Victoria TX A tragedy and my sincere condolences....................

Re: Sad Sad Day Victoria TX A terrible tragedy, my deepest sympathy.
|
Re: Sad Sad Day Victoria TX Yes, this is very tragic for friends, club members, and the hobby in general. This man & wife were very involved in the local club, --even holding one job for quite a while. Also adding to this tragedy was this Coupe was purchased new by the owner/driver's dad, and was one of the first Model-As sold in Houston. My thoughts & prayers go out to the GH Model-A club members along with the occupant's family.

Re: Sad Sad Day Victoria TX Horrible just horrible. So sorry for their families.
|
Re: Sad Sad Day Victoria TX Fatal crashes like this are very distressing.
Condolences to the family and friends. |
Re: Sad Sad Day Victoria TX So sorry to hear this, my condolences.
|
Re: Sad Sad Day Victoria TX 70 MPH:eek: That means the other car was probably running 80 that's what they do around here. I'd start by dropping that speed limit the Texas Highway Dept. needs to get pro-active.

Re: Sad Sad Day Victoria TX Hi Richard,
Your compassionate message is accepted as a thoughtful prayer for those of us still driving Model A's to always be watchful for the unexpected ............... & your message also allows us to share in our offering sincere condolences for your Model A friends. Most sincere thanks. |
Re: Sad Sad Day Victoria TX Condolences and Prayers.
|
Re: Sad Sad Day Victoria TX Condolences and Prayers, but I would also like to point out that from the photo - for a car that was just T-boned by a speeding Dodge Charger the passenger compartment of the model A was remarkably intact
|
Re: Sad Sad Day Victoria TX So sorry to hear about this.
Prayers to all the families involved. |
Re: Sad Sad Day Victoria TX Quote:

Re: Sad Sad Day Victoria TX Very sad, Prayers to the couple and their families... I cannot understand 70mph on US Route. i.e
