Drum style tail lights

Can anyone shed some light on the correct hardware used to mount the drum lamp to the cast iron brackets? I have everything from what looked like stove bolts, to small hex head bolts similar to the funny gas tank to firewall bolts!

A photo would be great!

I believe the bolts are fine threaded 5/16" about 3/4" long (not real sure about the length) with thick nuts. The bolts that fasten the forged arm to the body was also fine threaded and white cad plated, with washers.
