Looks like an index for gage wires to clean out welding tips.... Not Model A specific.

If that logo in the second photo said Champion it is a spark plug gap tool. Bob

Looks like a sanding block that used a roll of sand paper. The felt pad is missing. Think I have one someplace.

Depending on which it is (my call was sanding block) it would be great for sanding a Model A or for ruining Model A carburetor jets!

i'm going with roadster and calling it a feeler ga. for spark plugs. ford made a similar one for setting valve lash.

How long is the tool?

After looking at the first picture and the foot, it might be too big for a spark plug gap tool.
