Yeah - I see a big flywheel . . . seems like a dyno of some sort. Or, they're using the car to pump water! :rolleyes:

I've always assumed it was something like that, but I don't see anything to absorb the car's output. Looks like chains going forward from the driving drums to a smaller sprocket but nothing up there? Even for 30 HP there needs to be some kind of radiator to dissipate the heat absorbed by the dyno.
