Brake Questions
 

Hi, I'm working on my Parent's 29' Model A. I'm working on the brakes and have a couple questions. How is the felt washer supposed to work with the brake operation rod? The hole is too small for it to fit over the pin? Then what is the best way to install the e-brake lining to the shoe itself? I have the rivets but they must need to be recessed into the lining somehow?
