MARC's Model A News

I am wondering if we are going to get the May/June 2014 Model A News?

Yes, yes, yes...I know our editor is having some health issues and I for one wish her well and for a very quick recovery as Helen is one of the best editors there is.

Have sent a few emails inquiring but have heard nothing.

I, along with most of you, are paid members of MARC and I hope that there can be an update on Helen and Model A News.

We wish you well Helen for a speedy recovery!

Re: MARC's Model A News

I received this in an email back on 7/11 so I would guess we could expect it to arrive in a couple of weeks.

"Hi Henry,

Sorry for the delay but Helen the editor is have some severe back and neck problems. It will go to the printer this weekend and mailed a week or so later from the printer.
I am very sorry for this and I hope you understand,

Ken Ehrenhofer "

I wish Helen a recovery soon because a back and neck problem is no easy thing to deal with.:(.. Helen does a "SUPER" JOB and it would be very hard to find anyone else to take her place and do the job she does... I wish her well :). If its not the French Lick meet issue i can wait.....l.o.l.:D

I was in contact with Ken Erenhofer this week, it went to the printer on Monday and should start mailing Friday or early next week. So stand by, sickness is not planned!

Re: MARC's Model A News

Ken,
I wish Helen a speed and full recovery. I've had a chronic back issue in the past with surgery to repair... and it is absolutely no fun and incredibly debilitating. I, as I'm sure others, very much appreciate her efforts and yours as well. No one ever died because they didn't get their Model A News.... life happens, keep it in perspective folks! Being editor is the largest undertaking in the entire organization. Those who speak of a back up plan should come forward and do it. Is there a back up plan for everything each one of us does in life... I don't think so.
Whenever it hits the mailbox is great and I'm sure as all the other issues she's done, it will be fabulous.

Best Regards from St. Louis and the Missouri Valley Region,
Larry Shepard

All of us wish Helen a speedy recovery. Ken, you and Helen contribute so much to the Model A hobby and our community. MARC is lucky to have the benefit of your energies and professional skills. I greatly enjoy my MARC membership and hope to hear that Helen is feeling great soon
