Fog light innards Can someone post a picture of the internal parts of Ford (Unity) foglights? Specifically the bulb retainer, if there are such pieces? Thanks in advance.

Re: Fog light innards Are you referring to the bulb-and-socket type? If so, I don't have one near right now, but they took a bulb with a flange similar to the early headlights.

Re: Fog light innards I believe so. Was there little spring clips to hold the bulbs? Have a picture of such lights as a reference.

Re: Fog light innards 1952henry, Polosi better convince their EPA of that since they won't allow natural gas to be used to power natural gas pumps , must use electricity in new applications. No problem though, Obama just won't let the new transfer pipelines lines to be built.

Re: Fog light innards Those look like sealed beam lights. Yes, there are spring clips to hold the bulb in the retainer ring. I think NAPA sells them. If I remember correctly, there are four clips per bulb.

Henry, With no year specified, I can only guess as to what you need. Here is an internal picture of a 1934-35-36 Unity sportlite

Re: Fog light innards Thanks all. So 'tis just the little spring clips that locate the bulb assembly. I really appreciate that.
Keith, maybe the pumps can be plugged into a "currant" bush. |
