Rear valance on the Deluxe '30-'31 cars
 

Is the valance at the back, bottom of the body black, lower or upper body color? I couldn't find this in the judging standards, and have seen a few of each example.

Victoria's should be black, and Town sedans also.

Anyone know the part #'s for the rear valance and which ones fit the different body styles?
