I want to remove fenders and splash aprons on my 28 coupe.to remove the aprons,does this require removing the body off the frame.

No the body doesn't have to be removed to remove the fenders and splash aprons on a 28 coupe. First remove the front and rear fenders. loosen all of the body bolts. remove the body bolts on one side at a time that go through the splash apron and remove the apron. Pay attention to any shims that may fall out. replace the shims from where they came or the doors may drag or not line up.
