Warranty

I know that in 1942 Ford gave a 90 day warranty for new cars because I have owners books showing it
But what warranty was offered with Model A cars ??

Re: Warranty

I know I read about a warranty somewhere. I didn't find it in my 1928 owner's manual, but I found it interesting that at the bottom of the last page it says: "For normal driving the spark lever should be carried about half way down the quadrant."

I also found it amazing how much information is packed into those 50 pages as compared to modern owner's manuals that have hundreds of pages but most of it is about protecting themselves from frivolous lawsuits, and nothing about how to tune up and grease the car.

Re: Warranty

I used to get phone calls about extending the warranty on my car, I said I have a 1929 Ford, I can extend the warranty. they said that they would take me off there list!
