Sping shackle

I was just looking at my new front spring shackles and I noticed the bushing that came with them is shorter than the shaft it fits on. The bushing is 1 5/8's and the shackle shaft is 1 13/16's is this ok?
My rears are the same size each at 2 3/16's

for a driver they will be just fine.
