RHD Steeing box removal

Does anyone have any helpful hints for how to remove the 7 tooth steering box and column from my 1930 Right Hand Drive Phaeton? I'm going to pull it out and ship it to Bob Barnes for rebuilding. I have Les Andrews Mechanics Handbook, but it doesn't address the RHD.
Any suggestions appreciated, I think I'll tackle it tomorrow.

Les Pearson has published a couple of books with references to RHD rebuilding & anything else you would want to know on Model A's
Beginners guide to the Model A & Complete Model A Ford Restoration Manual.
Also The RHD Model A Booklet.
Available in most A Parts Houses in the USA.
Actually, there is nothing mysterious or odd about RHD, just a mirror of the LHD setup except for the throttle & spark linkages.

Remove both the horizontal and sloped floor boards.
Unclip the wiring loom.
Undo the lock bolt of the pitman arm and slide it off.
Disconnect the adv/ret rod.
Unbolt the accelerator pedal and disconnect the rod to the carb.
Unbolt the box from the chassis.
Push the cluth pedal down and manovre the column up through the inside of the car.
I got my column out of my tudor this way, so a phaeton with the top down should have more room again.
