30-31 roadster dash rail mount(s)

Was talking with a guy who is trying to assemble a '31 Deluxe Roadster. He has his dash rail, but can't quite figure out what it mounts to or how it is mounted. Any response would be appreciated. a photo would be great!

I'm having the same problem. I'm trying to get ahold of a guy named FLOP and see if he can tell me how to do it.

Bolts to cowl brace & gas tank! Do a search for user Flop . He is doing a roadster from ground up ,alot of photos
