how much is it worth?

I have a AMMCO brake arching machine that I am considering selling. I just want to know how I should charge for it? I works and has new bearings and the motor has been gone through.

What is the Model #? Some are harder to obtain, --and harder on sanding media.

Location generally has a lot to do with the price also. At a swap meet where the unit can be loaded from one vehicle to another is much better than shipping it.

Prices depending on those two criteria usually will be in the $250-$500 range from what I have seen.

Do your homework to be sure a unit is complete. Any missing parts can no longer be obtained from Ammco. Of the two types of abrasive drums the various models use, only the solid circular one is available from Goodson in Mn. the abrasive with the two end clips for mounting are tough to find. Ammco made three different clamps for the style of shoes you were arcing. Model A shoes could get by with the simple clamp not the fixed anchor clamp. Parts books are available on the Bay for both models. Ammco disposed of all parts and inventory when the asbestos lawsuits started being opened.

She is complete and I even have the modified drum kit to attach the sandpaper (I still have the original set up). I even had the rear show arched on this machine.
