Restoration Qs... rumble lid hinges

After viewing post " Original rumble hinges " by mrtexas, there are two
different hinges, when was the time line for the change between the
early and the later one.? I did"nt find this in the JS. Any help?

OK...how about this, does anybody have photos of both styles of hinge plus the
fasteners that go through the pivot hole? This is for a 28. Thanks
