Whats my rear spring??

I have an orignal rear spring that I've just purchased as a replacement for my current rear spring on my '36.

It is 2 1/4" wide and about 40 1/2" long, centre to centre spring eye relaxed on the bench.

If its not '36 what year is it?

There may be a part number stamped on the smallest leaf at the top of the spring. If not there, perhaps somewhere else. Also, how many leafs does it have
