Not a Model A, but could be useful

I think I shall have to build one of these at some point.

Not bad at all.

My friend Rick, has one he built which has two large wheels, 15" in front and two smaller wheels, 13" in the rear. Empty it rides on the two rear wheels, loaded it rides on all four wheels. It is low and has no springs. You take the tongue off the ball and it tilts slightly to the rear allowing the ramp to hit the ground. Once it's loaded, and back on the ball hitch. it levels it's self and can go on pretty smooth ground. It's pretty ingenious! Never saw another one.

That thing is ingenious. I don't have a trailer, and have no idea what prices are like, but with the currency conversion, that's about $13,000USD. That strikes me as a lot of money for a trailer...but it sure is impressive.

way cool,
but an extravagant expense unless you have a car with very low ground clearance.

I've had one similar in concept to this for my motorcycles for several years. Just one air bag on each side, and it doesn't lower flat, but lowers and drops the deck end to the ground at a slight angle. Ride the bike on and off...

Works great, suspension adjusts to the weight of the load so you're not bouncing down the road on an over-suspended generic trailer.

Not that I would except in a break-down situation - unfortunately, the Roadster is a tad too long and just a bit over the weight limit for the trailer I have.

And I would have to say - the execution of the one in the video looks much better than mine - but, also much more $$$

You could store it in your garage on the trailer, so that you would not have to have a separate place for the trailer.
