If you are a Facebook user, there is a user on Facebook named:

Can you see the stuff WITHOUT joining Facebook?

Re: Facebook User

Not if his security setting are set to prevent it. That is the way I keep mine....

Re: Facebook User

It is a great site and he adds stuff daily. His FB is called Model A Ford. 1,600 likes. The post indicate "public."
I would post the link but I read it is frowned upon here.

I need to pay attention. The link is in the first post. It's the heat!

I enjoy the photos he puts up in an almost unending stream.
slightly curious as to who this person is, where he is and
why he is so coy about identifying himself on FB.......

Chris:
I have been following his Facebook postings almost from the start; like you, I've wondered why he seems "shy" in identifying himself but he has disclosed that he's in the Pittsburg, PA area.

Re: Facebook User

He is on Ford Barn, a new member from January.

I sent him a message and he replied "TBH i didn't start this so people would follow the page...in fact you may not believe it...but it never even occured to me that someone would follow". He works in Real Estate and often makes facebook pages of the property he has. He built this to show his progress on a restore he is doing. He has over 1,600 'likes' and growing.

You don't have to me a member of facebook to view his site. He has some really great photo's. He has some photo's of an old racer in barn fresh condition. I would love to know where that is located.

Re: Facebook User

He may post pictures of other peoples model A's. I recognized the 29 coupe with the parts, jeep and house in the background. If that is his coupe, the guy posts here on a regular basis and I think lives in Michigan.

Re: Facebook User

This may be a different guy, his name is David.
He says " i am not only aware of the Ford Barn...i'm also a distant fan and frequent reader...i don't think i've ever posted in the forums and i only recently joined."

That is My wife and I's car, but it is not my page. He really likes the car and likes to feature it on his page. He had me add some photo's of it for him to feature.

Re: Facebook User

hi guys...i'm genuinely sorry if i have unintentionally infringed on someone's copyright...i don't want or mean to do that...as a rule i have made it a habit to include a link when possible...TBH i have been a "hoarder" of most all things Model A since i have a 20 Mgb hard drive computer...that means i have the images but i often don't know where they've come from...as time progressed i continued to collect images and information that mostly found its way into my "expanded" version of the Judging Standards...because it never really occurred to me that anyone would ever find the Facebook page let alone be interested in it...again to be REALLY UP FRONT AND HONEST it has grown beyond anything i would have imagined...ideally, i would sort of like to 'gift' the page to MAFCA/MARC or MAFFI for promotional uses...i don't want to "steal" anything...and if you send me the link i'll either hide it so i can continue to use the information/illustration/information OR i'll just delete it if that's your preference...the other thing is...i'm not really trying to be mysterious or whatever about my identity...i'm just some guy that likes Model A's and i've never really ever thought anyone would care who i am...i'm a guy that grew up in a garage with the smartest mechanic i've ever known...and when i was young and FORCED to clean parts and sweep up around the place i was embarrassed by all the dirt associated with that garage...after nearly 20 years at AT&T as what many would consider as a corporate executive you can't image how proud i am of the greasy stuff i play with...i'm ramblin' on and on here mostly because i didn't intend on offending anyone...but you can't image how much criticism i get from the page...i like '32 stuff, i like Model T stuff, but like Ford everyone has a 'better idea'...EVERYDAY!!! lol ...i'm not what the Good Book calls "stiff necked" about the site...like i said i didn't mean to site the appropriate references which are usually found at the bottom of the blogspot page entitled "Sources"....thanks for "liking" the Facebook page...thanks for even noticing my stuff...sincerely. oh, yeah...(smiling devilishly)...i'm david !!!...haha!!! i was right...i have NEVER posted here before if you look at the side bar you'll see this is my FIRST post ever...and i've looked, drooled, and generally admired this site since long before i joined...its a great site guys!! thanks for the welcome!

There is no contact info I could find on the blog.

I would like to contact him to ask him to please stop stealing photos and verbatim text content off my Ford Garage web site and placing it on his web site as his own, with no credit.

Thank you

ok so if i start with you telling me how to make those red angry faces would that be really bad? lol!

as i mentioned in the post...if you tell me what i posted that's yours i will happily add you as the source...if i haven't already done that, but its usually at the bottom of the pages...

as i may have mentioned...that blogsite was never really intended to do much of anything other than create a digital record for me of other smart, and cleaver ideas that other Model A guys have...blogspot is free storage from my perspective...and if my "publishing" that data offends you...as i said i will either remove it...or...add a hypelink to your site...just let me know where it is and what you want me to do...
