parts for the alemite grease gun?

I've gathered several original grease guns with nice plating but none are really functional. Is anybody making or have a supply of the internal workings of these tools? I need a "leather" seal and a spring to make one functional tool.
Anybody know of a source?

Mine doesn't have a spring or leather seal. It just has what appears to be a large cork that floats up as the grease is pumped out.

When I first owned one the operation confused me. It’s not like a modern gun in the fact that the cork or leather seal doesn't hold any real pressure on the grease. Basically the pulling back on the handle and recharging the gun forces the grease through the metal bore and piston into the nozzle. So there really isn't anything to replace.... JMO

The original owners handbook depicts the grease gun internals [ well, my Canadian book does] using a thick cork plunger. I have a stack of these 'guns & some also have a thin disk with a seal. I believe these are later issue 'guns as Ford supplied them until 1934 ; post '34 V8 'guns issued to 1938 are fatter & with different handles, nozzles etc also use the thin disk type plungers.
