Sea Foam induction... your thoughts?

Would Sea Foam thru the intake vacuum hose on my flathead 255 be a bad thing?

If your car is running fine, why would you want to Seafoam it?

Just add Marvel Mystery Oil and Stabil in the gas tank at each fill up.

My vote is:" Let it be."

Probably make the people selling it happy.

It runs good. Thought since it gets such occasional use it is probably carboned up. Just wanted to hear opinions on Sea foam. I'll leave it alone.

Sea foam, as I use it, is used occasionally to help free up stuck valves or lifters on a running engine. Works great on gummed up or oil fouled internals but use it and get it out of there. It is an anti lubricant.

It won't carbon up with ethanol fuel.

The new fuels just don't carbon up, however I use MMO in all my old engines for upper end lubricant, the old engines need the lube
