Any Hershey Spots for 2022?
 

Wondering if anyone has any Hershey Swapmeet Spots for this fall that they will not be using?

Yeah they don’t want them transferred. Albeit it happens regularly
Besides, I don’t think it’s a sell out. You should contact Hershey Region
Have to belong to AACA

You can transfer them with Hershey region's blessing if you do it through them. They will do it right there at the event. You may not re-rent them, sublet them, advertise them, etc. And technically anyone working in your space needs to be either family or an AACA mamber.


Yes things sometimes get done quietly, but advertising like this is a bad idea.

Correct. I was in on my current spots, but they were not in my name. When my buddy couldn't attend any longer, we filled out the transfer form at the show. Very painless process.

Sorry I have never been there before, we normally setup at Carlisle.
I was told Hershey is hard to get a space to setup.
I have heard of people sharing spots when they had multiple spaces and did not need them all.
I plan on joining AACA so I am supporting the group and not breaking the rules.
