Loose Quarter Windows

The rear quarter windows in my 47 Ford Sedan Coupe move freely but won't stay in position. Is there any way to tighten them up so they will stay open?

The V-8 guys could help you? Anyway on my 31 tudor quarter windows wouldn’t stay put, installed new window channels and all was good :-)

Well just to keep in on Model A's, one of the front windows on my '29 Tudor does the opposite. Once it is cranked all the way open, it wants to inch itself back up again. I blame the Vintique widow regulator, although if anything cranking the window up or down seems stiff rather than loose. I just put up with it. Not hard to roll it down 1/2 a turn from time to time.
