Ford jack year 3 Attachment(s)
I was given a Ford Jack but I have no idea of the vintage. Is it for an "A" or a "T"?

pre-1926 T https://www.mafca.com/tqa_jacks_t.html |
Re: Ford jack year There are photos of jacks in the RG&JS Section 17, and this doesn't look like any of them. The page that CHuDWah shows Model T jacks.

Re: Ford jack year Looks just like the early model T shown in the post.

FWIW, A and AA jacks also are shown on the MAFCA site: https://www.mafca.com/tqa_jacks.html https://www.mafca.com/tqa_jacks_aa.html |
Re: Ford jack year Ford also built Fordson tractors so keep that in mind as well. Ford also purchased some components and tools from different sub-contractors so they can have the manufacturer's name as well as the Ford trademark name. The jack in question is likely from somewhere in the model T era beginning in 1912 and up through 1925. TT jacks had a separate handle.
