brakes Quite awhile back I was at a shop and the guy had just went disc brakes on a customer's Ford pickup.. I never asked what year it was. but I bought the backing plates with shoes and wheel cylinders. Now I working on a 30-31 pickup and I'm using a 40 ford dropped axle and dropped round back spindles. Will those Ford backing plates work with my spindles or will I have to have them re drilled? I don't remember if they are 11" or 12".

Re: brakes 4 Attachment(s)
See if any of this helps. The big issue is finding the hubs and drums.

Re: brakes ECIhotrodbrakes, for my 39 peekup I got there front disc brake kit that uses 77 F150 rotors. It's a nice kit and use a mustang master cylinder as I installed the Lincoln bendix on the rears.
