Lever shock I.D.

1 Attachment(s)
Hey guys, I posted this on the HAMB expecting to get a quick answer, but no such luck, so I came here.
I have this lever shock that came with my Model T project. Does anyone know what it's from? I need one more. If you have one you'll let go of let me know.
Thanks.

I,m just working on a pile of 33/34 shocks,I have one that look like that except a straight lever arm,by my parts book its from a 37.
If you measure the length of the arm that may help ID it.

If the number "10" is stamped into the arm at the small reinforcement near the shock link, then the shock is 1940.

If it has a "10" on the boss of the arm, a "F-837" and the Ford script on the main part of the arm, then the arm is 1940 Ford.
The 1940 arm may very well be on an incorrect body. The one (body) depicted in the original post appears to be to large.

A measurement center to center on the mounting holes will help too.

Time for a "wanted ad" with pictures. I can't make an exact id but late thirties early forties seems about right. Definitely not Model A or B. Maybe you could buy one from a rebuilder and pay the core charge?

39 to 40 if the mounting holes are 4" on center. 41 to 48 mounting holes are 4-3/8 centers
