1934 Ford dual mirror???? 3 Attachment(s)
I purchased this mirror from at an estate sale. The seller thought it was from a 1934 ford. I would like to confirm this or perhaps some one can identify it. Thanks for any input.

Re: 1934 Ford dual mirror???? It may have in fact been on a '34 Ford but to me it looks like one of the many aftermarket 'do-dads' that would be used on many different cars.

Re: 1934 Ford dual mirror???? The two clamps for the mirrors are basically the same as those used by Ford, but the bracket with the two ball studs attached does not line up with any header configuration of holes on a '33-'34 or any other pre-WWII Ford for that matter. Dual mirrors are not uncommon on big cars of the era where the overall size of that in the photos would be more compatible. Given the similarity of the design of the mirror glass clamps it could be from the same manufacturer that made smaller mirrors setups for Ford.
