Re: The Unofficial Vender List Good stuff. I'd suggest putting Van Pelt in the Misc Parts NOS section as well since they have much more than transmission parts. For example, I scored a NOS pulley from them.
Also, like Mart suggested. perhaps members that are on here could post their services, like Henry Diorio, who rebuilt my starter. Finding local resources is huge. |

Jeff at Hirsch was able to help me when I was left with 2 half completed Lebaron Bonney interior kits when they went bankrupt. Jeff was able to match the mohair, carpet, and other items, and was avaluable resource for other parts like visor recovering and headliner material. He saved my projects. |

Re: The Unofficial Vender List Tinker, thank you for starting this list. I had previously suggested something official like this to Ryan for Fordbarn in 2010, like we had with Shelly's Fordbarn, but it never happened for some reason.

Re: The Unofficial Vender List John, I can understand Ryan's reluctance to do so. It's very understandable and could also be construed of certain perceived favoritism's, even if not so.
Companies change and people have different experiences and opinions. So far it seems most added is within line of the forum. I guess after a while it can just get copied and pasted in any thread. But at least there is some sort of "easy" list in a general way. |
Re: The Unofficial Vender List Excellent, I have used many of them. Especially Fred for NOS, which is my preference. That was a great one about Jeff at Hirsch locating key fabrics to plug the hole left by LB.
