Numbers on Cowl

Just got a 1949 Ford and trying to find out what the numbers on the cowl mean. I'm not talking about the Vin number but these are stamped on the cowl in the center. My numbers are 3CS17H69. The C could be a 0. it's not very clear. Thanks for any help.
