Ok everybody I have the numbers matching engine and Trans that I just pulled out of my 1962 mercury meteor I got the car from a friend he told me the car drove and ran fine. its a southern car and it had sitting in his back yard for about 7 years. I got it home and turned the engine with no problem. I am doing a little more research but I do believe its a 260 with a 3 speed automatic Trans. The motor is in tac heads carb and all I am asking 850 for the pair. I have pics
