Here's a few of my old trucks. I know the roadsters are a little early, but thought somebody might like to see them anyway.

Here's the '40 my wife and I restored in the last 2 1/2 years.
It was a beat up old farm truck when we started. We did all the work ourselves. |
Re: An Early Ford Truck Post... Let's see them. Finally got to start on the cab for my '31 yesterday!

Well, since rods are being included in this thread, here is a pic of what I am putting together. The rust was more extensive than it looked when I bought it.The frame was junk, the engine was stuck and the bottom 4inches of the cab and bed needed patches so I am building a rod out of it.

How about a 32 Ford Dump Truck w/ Heil body
|
Re: An Early Ford Truck Post... Let's see them. Wow, great photo's of your trucks, checked out all 14 pages...fantastic. I noticed a good collection of 51 F1's, and it makes me regret selling off my 51 F2, which you don't see many of. I'm not sure if they are rare? 3/4 ton, bed was longer than 6ft., can't remember exactlt how long probably 8ft bed. But the mrs. wanted a house. She's happy!

Re: An Early Ford Truck Post... Let's see them. 32Dump, I wished my '34 BB Heil Dump looked that good. Also wish I was brave enough and had the four hours to kill crossing out and back across Route 133 at 30mph to have them meet up next summer.

Re: An Early Ford Truck Post... Let's see them. I want to use the stock petal and brake set-up so for the trans mount I cut the original loop out ,made and 90 degree plate and bolted it in.
