You see what Ryan did with my 40 Ford truck as an example for the ultimate grocery getter/parts hauler! Notice on this thread that there is more 40/41s posted than any other. Hands down they are the best looking! Ken

Looking at your truck is like looking at your new born baby. No baby is any better looking than your own. All trucks are beautiful.

Not many of us Fornbarners, have their first car/truck, but I am one of the fortunate few. I drove my '34 pickup while working at HJ Heinz, in the lab in Leamington Ontario, after buying it in 1957. He is back on the road again, and is now called Merlot. The colour pic is Merlot talking to a younger Flathead Truck who works for a living, putting out fires! Byron.

Hi my wife an I where at Deuce days also. Many people there and countless cars .We had an old 46 ford 1/2 ton flat black kind of stuck out like a sore thumb in with the high dollar 32`s. Did the Courtenay run and had a blast. It was great.

O.K. I think I have this figured out. Here are some of the trucks I have owned and/or built over the years. My favorite was my big red, a copy of Dad's work truck from the 30's. The most fun was the Huckster I built for the kids. The most challenging was the before and after 29 PU. Current project is a 30 PU....my last major project...maybe.

Dad's barn find '29 AA last April. It hadn't been started or moved since 1976. The owner actually resided the barn around the Old Girl at one point. I'm proud to say that I drove her out of that old milking parlor!
