Cleaning running boards What is the best product to clean my running boards, i am working on a driver quality car and the running boards i want to use have been sitting for a long time,whats the best thing to use to clean them, soap and water just doesn't do the job,thanks tom

Re: Cleaning running boards Have you tried Simple Green? To get the color back in the rubber I use Meguiar's Natural Shine.

Re: Cleaning running boards Soap & water scrubbing brush let dry. Now brush in black Kiwi shoe polish very liberally. Thy kind in the flat can. Let it soak in & dry then polish off with a soft brush & rags.

Re: Cleaning running boards I use Simple Green.......scrub brush, rinse with lots of water, then let air dry......looks natural after drying....

I have used Kiwi shoe polish for 47 years on my original 36 running boards. Nothing better in my books. |
