Even though I am registered and logged in I can't seem to post a reply. What do I need to do to be able to post replies?

If you are talking about the classifieds, two things; you cannot post a reply on the classifieds, that goes for everyone and per the rules on the site, you have to have 10 posts in order to message the seller.

I am guessing this may be what is going on.

If that is not the cases, make sure you are logged in. You should see: Welcome, and your username in the header.

That is right I can't post a reply to a seller because I don't have 10 or more posts. That seems wrong to me. Not only will I potentially miss out on acquiring a part that I may need, but also it is a disservice to the seller because they miss out on a potential sale. I thought that is what the swap meet was set up for, to make contact between seller and buyer.
I wish someone would explain why a member has to have 10 or more posts in order to reply to a seller or buyer for that matter.
