Here is a link to VanPelts website. It shows the dist and plug wiring. The crab dist is the same as the stock '47 dist with the exception of the cap, cap clips and the rotor.

Here's a picture with wire ends. Note numbered wire outlets in order of firing. Cam (distributor) rotates counter clockwise looking at distributor from front. DD

Even the new caps have numbers. 4 looks a bit off.

59A with 4 1/4” stroke x 3 5/6” bore , Isky 400 jr cam. I built the engine and installed it in a 32 Sedan Delivery chassis. Body is getting painted.

Ken....That sure is an interesting-looking exhaust header. Beautiful detail work! DD

Ken Ala that sure looks nice . My problem is the engine is in a 47 pkp.and am standing on my old head at 83 but I will get it done , might not look quiet so good . Just so it works . I know I shouldn’t be doing this at my age THANKS everyone for the help BOB

Re: Crabb dist.setup pictures ??

I found the 90 degree end fittings work well. Mine has the truck pumps that have the belt further forward. Clearing the pulleys with straight terminals is tricky. 90 deg fittings let them run up and keep them out of the way.
