Yes, I have, and it was a fun project. I used the plans that are on the mafca website, and modified them a little to fit my rack and suit my wants. At the time I was able to get material from Labaron Bonney, so it matches the seats in my roadster!

Nope, still there, look under references, and then downloads.

The plans by Marshal Lewis were from the Restorer Magazine from decades ago. The file is too large to upload . Perhaps Google it.

There are two sets of plans, one by Marshall Lewis and one by Vern Pearson. You don't have to be logged in but they are kinda hard to find on the site - here are the links:

Yes. Made it out of 3/8 waterproof plywood and covered with imitation leather. Has several compartments inside to keep things from rolling around.
Brass fittings. Mounts on original type luggage rack. Underside of lid is covered with copper screen for vhf antenna ground plane. Antenna is not in center of ground plane but still has 1.1 to 1 swr.

We have a 1931 Leather Back Victoria, When I set the metal trunk that had been restored on the trunk rack that been modified to hold it, stood back & looked @ it, boy did it look awful because of the bustle back on the car. After finding plans as described above, I felt that I probably could make one that would be more appealing to the eye & serve more useful as well.
