Found number, A-13470, and square w/arrow symbol stamped on my license plate bracket on my '29 CCPU. What does this information mean or where can I find?

From the Standards. "A-13470 Used with teacup rear lamp after February 1929
on Panel Deliveries, Pickups and most AA chassis after June 1929."
