Sparton Horn for sale--I dare you to restore it.

This horn was disassembled when I found it. From what I can tell it will need the following parts:

• Horn nameplate rivets
• Horn Flange Bolt Set
• Perhaps a new Diaphragm
• Diaphragm gaskets
• Horn Brushes and springs (one spring is there yet)
• Armature shaft Nut and Lockwasher (to retain the ratchet).
• Felts
• new horn cover screw.

The good news is that the major items are there. There is a small ding in the horn bell and the bell has some pitting but is otherwise in good condition. I am describing this as a Sparton based on the width of the motor frame, but I can see no Sparton markings on any of the parts. I suspect the field windings may need to be rewound, the leads were unsoldered when I found the horn. The armature looks to be in tough shape, particularly the threads, which look like they need to be chased or repaired. I am asking $85 plus shipping. Let me know if you have questions. Thanks.

Open to offers, but will probably take it to our club swap meet in November. I sure don't want to send this horn to the scrap.
