trying to add image
 

every time I try to add image I get an error message "upload of file failed". Is it something I am doing or a setting change?. I resized image with no luck, keep getting same error message. thanks

Desk top or other? If desk top were are you pulling the images from? Sorry can't help with other types of devices.

trying from my lap top, never had that problem here before. pulling pictures from my photo albums.

Ok lap top should work the same as desk top. Are the files JPG or JPEG? If not sure, try right clicking on the image. A window should pop up giving info on the picture. What operating system are you using on the computer, not the web service?
