1932-34 truck dashlight
 

Could someone tell me where the bulb socket bracket mounts. It has a single capture nut and the wire from the socket to light switch is 13" long and is 2" from the left side of the dashboard. Thanks in advance for your input.

If it what I think you are talking about, it mounts to the center dash screw.

Only '33-'34; the '32 socket is integral with the instrument panel, which is separate from the dash.

As mentioned, mounts to center dash screw for '33-'34.
