Scenes near the end of Giant were with Rock Hudson and Elizabeth Taylor driving away in a '51 Ford convertible. Circa 1956.

There is the 1953 film "Jeopardy" with Barbara Stanwick. Lots of scenes with a 1949 Ford Convertible. You can watch a steamy preview on You Tube. Jim in San Jose

My favorite is Barbara Stanwyck in "Woman in Jeopardy" . Lots of shots featuring a shoebox convertible. Jim in San Jose

I happened to catch this one today, "A Hat Full Of Rain", 1957. It features numerous great views of my favourite flathead powered 52 Mercury.
