Difficulty Removing an outside door handle on a 1931 Standard Roadster
 

I have the cardboard panel removed from the door and the latch is exposed, but I cannot see any pin or anything else to remove in order to pull out the handle. I will be very appreciative if someone offers the answer. Thank you very much.

I assume you have removed the inside handle.

As suggested remove the inside handle. Next, remove the two screws on the bezel on outside of the door. Pull the handle out.
