According to the Standards and parts book both halves of the clamp are the
same if that is what you are asking. A-13145 front license clip 4 required.

The clamps in your photo are not Model A clamps.

looking at the pictures and reading the text. the pictures show the bolts installed from the front of the head light bar and the text say the bolts are installed from the radiator side. so what do you go by?

Here is RG&JS 18-4 Revised 1997 showing the incorrect installation of license plate clips.

Install them as Gary and Marco show, with the bolts above the headlight bar.


The 1928-9 clamps are a bit different, and have the bolts below the bar.
